I was asked to come up with a menu for a wedding party for 24 guests. The client wished for some gluten free options and so this is the final menu and food photos. It was great fun to do.
At VLE we grow most herbs, hemp, beetroot, rhubarb, kale, edible flowers, sweet potatoes, lemons, oranges, lettuce, carrots, bananas, sugar snap peas, strawberries, cranberries and peppers. We make our own compost using only vegan food products. We do not use bone, blood or any animal products to grow our organic food.
