We hope you enjoy our recipes from the VLE Kitchen. This cake was created for our last raw food workshop. We were keen to enjoy and so the photo shows that the dessert has not fully set. If you leave in the container overnight and then turn out it will be perfect and equally delicious ♥

New Competition Recipe for the Holidays ♥

I had to come up with a new holiday living/raw recipe for a competition. This is the finished dessert using only 5 ingredients in 5 minutes. This is ‘Apple & Blackberry Custard Tart with a Disaronno Glaze. We will be doing this as one of the recipes at the next raw food class in November. Spicy Thai Fish Cakes V & GF (High in Essential Fatty Acids)

Having some fun in the kitchen today and created these delicious spicy treats. They can be served raw like sushi perfect on a hot day or can be cooked on a skillet.

This recipe makes five and contains a whopping 48.7g of protein. Plant munchers delight ♥♥♥

Fishy Platter V & GF (High in DHA & EPA Fatty Acids)



If you are low in DHA fatty acids it could result in low mood and poor brain function. EPA & DHA fatty acids are very important for our overall health and this recipe has plenty and tastes amazing. After I placed a pea as an eye it felt a little weird as I would never eat a real fish.
