Have fun and learn a new style of cookery. Vegan food reduces LDL (bad) cholesterol and raises HDL (good) cholesterol. It is a beneficial food for heart disease, type II diabetes and many other medical conditions. There are no saturated fats or processed sugars so great for keeping in shape too. The workshops are held at my home in Cumbre del Sol, Benitachell 03726 alfresco in the flower garden. Most of the vegetables used we pick fresh on the day from our organic vegetable garden.
