When life gets a little crazy and we need to unwind, my mind always thinks of chocolate. This recipe is very easy and will make 16 individual chocolates that will melt in the mouth and give a lovely creamy rich flavour. You could add your favourite chocolate centres or flavourings but they taste just great as they are.
Ingredients: (To make 16 individual chocolates)
! Cup of Raw organic Cacao Bean Butter Melted
1 Cup pure Cocoa Powder (I use the Valor one that comes in the golden tin)
1/2 Cup of Agave Nectar
Add the melted butter to your food processor or blender. Add the Agave and half the Cocoa Powder and blend until smooth. Add the rest of the Cocoa powder and blend until a smooth consistency.
Transfer the mixture into moulds and chill in the fridge until set. This mixture will keep for several weeks in the fridge but I do not think anyone will keep it that long.
